"We purchased an older house and lot a few years ago with the intention of building a new house.  Although being familiar with the Marysville, Kimberley area for several years we did not know the local construction scene very well.  We wanted to use the local trades people and set out to investigate our possibilities.  Through some local contacts and question asking we consistently came up with the name of Grant Parnall (Mountain Breeze Developments Inc.).  After meeting with Grant on a few occasions to discuss our ideas and plans we began the project of having our home built.

The total project was an enjoyable experience.  Grant was always helpful and patient with all the decisions that we needed to make.  We’ve heard people say how stressful it is to build; but with Grant’s building knowledge and sense of humour, it was fun!  The employees, local trades people, and other involved were all skillful and pleasant to have on site.  Our confidence in Mountain Breeze Developments is ongoing.
