Grant Parnall, President, worked in Vancouver for many years with an award-winning custom home builder. After relocating to Kimberley, he started Granite Construction in 1996 with a focus on home renovations. As the town of Kimberley grew the demand shifted from renovations to custom home design and building. Mountain Breeze Developments Inc. was incorporated in 2005.

With over fifteen years of experience in custom home building, we continue to maintain the highest standards of construction and customer satisfaction. Through excellent relationships with local suppliers and sub-trades we offer a quality product from start to finish at competitive prices.
